What is a good configuration PC for using Android Studio and an Android emulator when running Chrome with Hangout and Photoshop

Minimum Requirements to do these things:

Processor: atleast Intel Core i3 or equivalent

RAM: atleast 4GB, Android Studio will take 1GB and Emulator another 1GB.

Recommended:

Intel i5 or higher

8GB of RAM
